Prices & Currency
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) by default and are valid and effective only in Singapore. Our currency converter allows you to view only an approximate value of the price in your preferred currency. Our currency converter serves only as a gauge and is by no means an accurate up-to-date calculation of currency exchange rates. All purchases to be paid via Credit Card through Paypal will be converted to the defaulted Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we reserve the right to revise the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

Inventory Status
As our items are designed one-piece-only or limited editions, items marked as "Sold" are no longer available for purchase.

Reservation
Putting an item in the shopping cart does not reserve the item. Should you wish to reserve an item, please contact us with the item name and style number. Items can be reserved for up to three (3) days only.

Sales Tax
Currently, we do not charge any sales tax.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our third party payment gateway, Paypal. You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card via Paypal. Please visite their website at www.paypal.com if you need more information.

Singapore customers may choose to pay via bank transfer (DBS/POSB).

All payments are expected to be settled within three (3) days from the date of purchase. Orders not settled within three (3) days will be considered void and the items relisted without prior warning. Please contact us should there be a delay in your payment.

Promotions
We may give out discount codes to our shoppers occasionally. Shoppers who have been given a unique discount code may enter them in during checkout. Terms and conditions apply.

Gift Certificate

Shipping Information

All orders take three (3) Business Days upon payment to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office.

LOCAL SHIPPING (Within Singapore)
+ Delivery within Singapore via SingPost Registered Mail (click for rates)
+ Registered Article Number will be provided. You may track the Registered Article status here after two (2) Business Days from the date of delivery.
+ Shipment time is approximately 3-5 Business Days from date of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
+ International shipping via SingPost Registered Air Mail (click for rates)
+ Registered Article Number will be provided. You may track the Registered Article status here after two (2) Business Days from the date of delivery.
+ Shipment time is approximately 11-15 Business Days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on your country's customs and postal security checks.
+ Do let us know if Express Shipping is required. Express shipping to International addresses via Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) with additional charges.

NOTE:
+ Shipping delays may occur during festive periods.
+ All Registered and Express packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to shipping restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Taxes, Duties & Custom Fees
The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

Remakes / custom orders can be done at request (when materials are available). Payment has to be made before the item is crafted.
